All purchases are covered by our return-for-any-reason refund policy:
If you don't like your purchase for any reason, notify us within 7 (seven) days
(via email, telephone or fax) and return it for a refund of purchase
price less shipping charge.
1) All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were
sold (mint or NOS pens must remain uninked to qualify for a full refund);
2) You must notify us within 7 (seven) business days of your intent to return;
3) You must return the item(s) within 10 (ten) days of receipt using a
traceable method (First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation is
usually the least expensive).
All items sent to Pensations are covered by Pensations' business
insurance policy so there is no need for the customer to purchase
insurance from the carrier.
All shipments from Pensations are covered by Pensations' business
insurance policy against damage while in transit.
If you receive a damaged item, please do the following:
1) Save all packaging material (the insurance carrier requires the packing
material in order for a claim to be paid);
2) Notify Pensations (via email, telephone or fax) immediately of the damage (notification must be received by Pensations within 5 (five) days of your receipt of the damaged item(s));
3) Return the entire order with all packing material (including all
boxes or outer wrappers) to Pensations using a traceable method (such
as First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation).
(The damaged items must be returned within 10 (ten) days of receipt of order.) Please enclose a

goods with the packaging material.
