The Pensations web site is divided into two parts. The first part is the information component -- it includes all the pages which have the same layout, design and colors as this page. The second part is the on-line catalog and shopping cart system (accessed through the "On-line Catalog" link in the menu on the left).

Pensations is responsible for the content on both parts. However, the technology for the on-line catalog and shopping cart system is provided by ProStores.com. Each of these two parts has a privacy statement. The catalog and shopping cart must collect data from the viewer in order to process orders correctly. Because of this collection of data, the privacy statement for the catalog and shopping cart differs from the privacy statement for the information component. The privacy statement for the information component is very simple: we do not collect any information on any of the information pages. Thus Pensations does not store any personal information on any computer which is permanently connected to the Internet or which is a server for any Internet protocol (including ftp, http, smtp or snmp).
